Refund and Cancellation Policy for Coaching Services
At Morris Bias Initiatives, LLC, Rethinking Bias Academy, we are committed to providing valuable and impactful coaching tailored to your leadership development needs. Recognizing that schedules can change, we have established the following policies to accommodate adjustments while maintaining fairness for both our clients and coaches:
Cancellation of Coaching Sessions:
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Participants must give at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a scheduled coaching session. This allows our coaches to effectively manage their schedules and possibly accommodate other clients.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $75. This charge compensates our coaches for their reserved time and the lost opportunity to schedule another session.
Refund Policy:
- Feedback and Adjustments: If you are dissatisfied with a coaching session for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. We value your feedback and will endeavor to address your concerns, possibly offering a repeat session or other suitable solutions.
- Refund Eligibility: Full refunds for prepaid coaching packages are available within the first 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than one coaching session has been conducted. If more than one session has occurred within this period, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed.
- Non-Refundable After 14 Days: After the initial 14 days, refunds are not available. You may, however, transfer any unused sessions to another individual or opt for a credit towards future services within our organization.
